Ask a question through the messaging feature, request an appointment, ask for a medication refill, download a form that needs signing, or update your picture! You can do all of these things through the Patient Portal, and they all will automatically qualify you for the drawing.
Using the Patient Portal keeps your child’s health data right at your fingertips, and is a seamless form of communication. You’ll never miss a call back from one of our nurses again! You can access the Follow My Health Patient Portal on a PC, laptop, phone, or tablet.
This digital connection means that you can carry your child’s medical records wherever you go, including on vacation! If your child ever needs care far from home, you can access your child’s medical history to better inform the physician caring for them.
