Special needs children hold a special place in our hearts at MD Pediatrics, where our No. 1 goal is to help each child achieve his or her full potential.

We care deeply about these children and their parents, providing focused expertise and support not only for the patient, but for the entire family. Working in close collaboration with each child’s extended care team, our practitioners provide coordinated general medical care for children with a wide range of special needs, including those who are medically fragile, have chronic illness or developmental delays, or are technology-dependent.

At the same time, we provide education and caring support to parents of special needs kids, helping them cope with the often-demanding challenges of caring for a child with complex medical needs.
