Late Arrival Policy for Patients

At MD Pediatrics, we are committed to providing every patient with high-quality, timely care. Your appointment time is reserved just for you, and arriving on time helps us stay on schedule for all families—including yours.

We understand that delays can happen. However:

  • If you arrive 10 or more minutes late, your appointment may not be honored and could need to be rescheduled.
  • If you are running late, please call us as soon as possible. We will do our best to find an alternative, which may include:

    • Moving your appointment to a different time that day
    • Seeing another available provider
    • Offering care at our other clinic location
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Timely arrivals help us remain available for your scheduled care as well as for unplanned illnesses, ensuring that you and your child can be seen when it matters most.

We appreciate your help in keeping our clinic running smoothly!

"We like MD Pediatrics because everyone in the office is friendly, the doctors are great, and if your child is sick, they will get your child into the office that day to see someone."
