6 months	Well visit; DTaP/Hib/IPV/HepB, PCV, Rota; May begin COVID-19 vaccine series
9 months	Well visit
12 months	Well visit; MMR, VCV, Hep A
15 months	Well visit; DTaP/Hib/IPV, PCV
18 months	Well visit; HepA
2 years	Well visit
2 1/2 years	Well visit
3 years	Well visit
4 years	Well visit; DTaP/IPV, MMR/VCV, and any missed immunizations
5 to 8 years	Yearly well visit
9 to 10 years	HPV series
11 to 12 years	Yearly well visit; TDaP booster, MCV4, continue HPV series if needed
13 to 15 years	Yearly well visit; HPV series if needed; TDaP booster if needed
16 years	Yearly well visit; MCV4
17+ years	Yearly well visit; May receive MenB vaccine

Seasonal flu vaccine is recommended 6 months +
