Child sick in middle of night? Our phones are answered 24/7 by a nurse. The evening hours are covered by RNs who can assure you of whether to wait, to go to the ER, or to be seen in clinic the following day. They also contact the physician on call if there are any concerns with your child’s health, and document all phone triage as a part of your child’s health record.
