Getting those 8 hours of sleep (or 10 hours for some little ones) is a vital part of jumpstarting your year!
It can be so difficult to get outside during the cold and wet winter months. However, nothing fights the winter blues than physical exercise and some time outside.
Give Yourself Grace
In the midst of all of the new year’s resolutions, make sure you give yourself some grace! Yes, it’s a new year but that doesn’t mean every bad habit is going to be broken on Day 1. If you break your resolution one day, don’t beat yourself up and quit. Try again! Healthy habits take time and perseverance. Keep going! You can do this!
